So, what have I been working on this week. . .
. . . figuring out this thing called Periscope. I’m having a lot of fun with it (despite the weirdos that pop in and ask extremely awkward questions) I want to start branching off toward the more Q&A-ish instead of me being a talking head. Trying to film a video live and keep up with questions is kinda difficult (and not at all what scope was intended for).
. . . working wherever I can. So, it kinda stinks major that my desktop is still out of commission, but freeing at the same time. I’m forced to use my laptop more so I’ve been moving a lot around the house.
I’m still working on edits for All the Lies You Cannot Know. I gave myself a deadline of the end of February, however, we’ve extended it (cause I’m the boss and I can do that). I am still actively working on edits, and it’s gonna be done soon guys. And then I have to start querying which scares me to no end. And then comes the fun part of plotting out the novella and the second book—can’t wait.
Also new this month—I launched my newsletter! The plan for now is an edition every Saturday. It’s a fun extension of my blog, and I’m thinking I’ll have a couple giveaways going in the future.
Oils. I cannot tell you how much I’m loving continuing education on oils! I’m learning so much (mostly from periscopes and online research). I have started buying up more diffusers. I found a brand on Amazon that can also double as a night-light in the kids’ rooms so score!
