Thoughts: I was introduced to the Grantchester BBC television show by Kristy Cambron and then I found out it was based on a book. Game over. You get six Sidney Chamber mysteries in the first installation of Grantchester Mysteries. The first story (which currently is all the further I’ve gotten) reads almost exactly like the first episode. I’m loving it. I especially like the “Bristish-ness” of it all (including punctuation). There’s no word of Amanda yet in the book, I’m kinda wondering if she’ll make an appearance . . . Either way I’m loving the book series as much as the tv series.
