This week I’ve decided to do something a little …. drastic. One week of nothing but green shakes. If you know me… you know I like… no love food, so this is going to be a little difficult for me.
Why am I doing it? A couple reasons — Have you ever just felt like your body’s system is… off? That’s one reason. Getting jumped back on track. I’ve somewhat stopped enjoying food. It’s almost like I eat to just … eat. I want to enjoy my food when I eat it. Not just mindlessly eating. Also, I need to re-jump start my metabolism. 10lbs in 5 weeks — totally doable.
So. Here I go. I’m going to try to mix it up and not eat (drink) only spinach, blueberry, banana, coconut. I’m going to branch out and get creative. I’ll make sure to track my journey here. Be sure to follow along!!
