So this month I ended up running two runs. Yup. 2. No this isn’t because I’ve all of a sudden started loving running. My sister wanted to run one, and I really wanted to do a Turkey run. Thus—two runs.
The first run this month, I ran with my brother and sister—it was actually my best time yet (both for mile and total 5k!) My brother pushed me and didn’t let me stop. It was hard, but great!
The second run this month actually turned into a walk and was my worst time. My baby brother ran most of it with me (and mom came to cheer us on), and the other time I walked with an old friend. It was fun catching up!
I am finding it easier and more fun when I have people with me!
I have another run next month and I’m actually looking forward to it (and probably will be until the day of the race. LOL!)
