This is always a condumdrum when it comes to HGC. If fact, it might be easier to ask what you can’t eat (if it isn’t green, you probably can’t eat it). You can only have 500 calories, however, (at least in my household) that doesn’t limit what you can eat.
If I get hungry throughout the day I will snack on no or negative calorie fruit and vegetables and at dinner and lunch I load up on them (which means I put them all together in a salad). Asparagus, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Celery, Cucumber, Green beans, Lettuce, Onion, Spinach, Zucchini and Strawberries (there are a few more negative calorie fruits, but I just stick with Strawberries). And when you add the drops and drink as much water as your supposed to, the only issue you have to deal with is eating because you’re bored (yup. I’m guilty).
Food Day 1:
Lunch: salad with onion and tuna, vinegar, salt and pepper. Snap peas and a pickle thrown in for good measure
Dinner: Steak (3oz) and asparagus
Day Two:
Lunch: Salad with chicken, onion, and fresh salad (recommend going fresh instead of “jarred” as it’d be more processed.
Dinner: Tilapia, tomato, asparagus
If you have tried the HCG diet what were some of your favorite meals?
