Yesterday marked day 1 of round 2 of HCG. Two months back Andy and I did a round — end result was he lost 20+ and I lost…. 12. I’m chalking that up to the fact that he’s a man and I’m a woman and for some reason men can just think about losing weight and drop 10 pounds (prove me wrong). It could also have something to do with the fact that in a weak moment at day 23… I cheated. So this time around. No cheating.
I’m going to miss my coffee (er…cream and sugar with a little coffee…)
I will be keeping everyone up to date here (I know, I know… it’s what you always wanted to read about). I’ll let you know tips and tricks (just don’t think about food) from this food lovin’ girl about how to survive on this crazy 500 calorie diet (it’s called vegetables). You should note that: (1) I am not nor will ever claim to be a dietitian. My husband is way better at this then I am (no, he’s not a dietitian either just really smart). (2) I don’t count calories. I only eat the 3 oz of meat that I’m allotted per meal and the rest of the stuff I eat has little to no calories. I hate counting calories and I’m also horrible at math so I’m just not going to do it.
Note: Quick update on Elsie in case you were wondering. There is no update. She is doing fine (we’ve taken her off of “white sugar”) and we’re still waiting on test results…
