I know. The list is small, but really as long as I have these four things I’m golden.
1. Maxi skirts. I have been living in maxi skirts this pregnancy. Mainly because I have yet to really find all my maternity clothes and so skirts and ts or tanks have been my go to. I’m especially loving this one, this one, and this one (note: I don’t have these particular ones but I’m loving them just the same).
2. Burt’s Bee Replenishing Lip Balm. My sister actually introduced me to this a couple years ago and now it’s my go to essential for life. But more so when I’m pregnant. Sometimes you just need a little mascara, Burt’s Bees, top knot and comfy skirt to make you feel better.
3. Naturally Calm. Round ligament pains came full force with Drew and again with Scout — starting in the second trimester. Naturally Calm is something a nurse friend of mine recommended. I don’t really think my doctor has one thing to say or another about it (since I’m generally pretty healthy and their only advice is pop Tylenol . . . um no?) and let me tell you it works wonders Note: After doing some research there are side effects (I’ve never had these side effects) so discuss with your doctor before self “medicating” like I did 🙂
4. Simply Orange Juice. I mix my Naturally Calm in with OJ — only way I can take the stuff. So this is up there on the essential list. And it comes in all sorts of yummy flavors.
