Ok. So this post is a little bit embarrassing. I know you know that I read multiple books at one time, but this? Get ready for insaneness.
Graceling | Kristin Cashore: I’m only 1/2 through the first chapter one this one, but I’m really enjoying it. It’s reminding me a little bit of Maas’ Throne of Glass series.
An Uncertain Choice | Jody Hedlund: I’m about half way through this one. I haven’t quiet made up my mind about it.
Sidney Chambers and the Shadow of Death | James Runice: I’m still working on this one. I made it to the second story. It’s a little bit slower reading—I’m guessing because I’m a YA snob . . . but I promise I’m trying to change that!
Call the Midwife | Jessica Raine: I’m mostly listening to this one via audiobook — pretty sure I could deliver a baby after listening to chapter one (don’t worry I’m not going to try). I love the show, and I’m loving the memoir.
Rooms | Lauren Oliver: Ahhh Lauren, my favorite. Rooms is her first adult novel and it’s a little more on the grittier side than her YA. I dived into this one a couple weeks ago via ebook when I couldn’t sleep and got about half way through it.
Delirium Stories | Lauren Oliver: I’m not even sure why this one is still on my nightstand. I had pulled it for some inspiration a few weeks ago and it’s never left my nightstand. It needs to go back on the shelf.
The Forgotten Garden | Kate Morton: I haven’t gotten to dive into this one past the first page, but Shannon Dittemore recommends Kate Morton, so I’ll probably love it.
Cress | Marissa Meyer: When it rains it pours! I was on the wait list for this one at the library and of course since I was in the midst of reading three other books it became available. Looking forward to diving into this one really soon!
What’s on your nightstand?
