March was insane guys. We celebrated Spring break and I had two out of town trips (and I’m getting ready to go on another out of town trip this weekend). I also set some hard deadlines for the book coming out later this fall (it’s feeling so real … ) Deadlines are intense, y’all! I still managed to read some books.
Let’s Pretend This Never Happened | Jenny Lawson — Jenny is so hilarious. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book that made me laugh so much. I will warn you that this one has a lot of cursing, so if that just isn’t your thing, you’ll want to stay away from this one.
A Reaper at the Gates | Sabaa Tahir — Oh Sabaa. If this is a preview of what’s to come, I’m getting ready to have my heart riped out in book 4. Sigh. Love this series.
The Memory House | Rachel Hauck — If you’ve never read any Rachel Hauck, you need to be reading Rachel Hauck. I haven’t read all her books, but everyone that I have read becomes an instant fave. I’ll have a more in-depth review later this month on the blog, but this is one you should read.
The Beginning of Everything | Robyn Schneider — This one was a bittersweet love story. Loved the ending (you know I love my bittersweet endings).
Windwitch | Susan Dennard — Driving to all those out of town trips? Totally listened to this. Susan is such a fabulous storyteller. I loved the fast pace of Windwitch. It definitely kept me awake during my long drives!
What did you guys read last month? Anything good?
