Had a good run last month! Always looking for more to put on my TBR stack. I’d love to hear any recommendations!
Through the Woods | Emily Carroll: Diving back into graphic novels. This one was strange. I like the fact that each chapter was a short story of sorts. Each story had its on creepy aspect (I’m thinking like ghost stories around the campfire creepy).
Operation Zulu: Redemption | Ronie Kendig: (All four parts.) I first the part of this serialization back in April/May. Oh my heart. The whole series was recently put together in a paperback, and it seriously didn’t disappoint! If you are a fan of NCIS or JAG or all things military and action packed, you’re going to love this.
Secret of Pembrooke Park | Julie Klassen: I listened to the majority of this via audible. Julie is always a winner in my book. I felt this one was more mystery with a slight gothic feel and I loved it.
Zenith | Lindsey Cummings and Sasha Alsberg: Drop whatever you’re reading and grab this. Love love loved it. Can’t wait for part two (which is actually going to be the entire book released in a hard copy. Be still my heart).
Still Life | Louis Penny: I picked up the first Inspector Gamache book a few weeks back and just couldn’t get into it (fans, hush, I’m getting to the raving part). After being told like six more times by different people that I HAD to read this series, I picked it back up . . . and then couldn’t put it down. Super in love with Gamache and can’t wait to get the other books in the series.
Currently reading: Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? It’s a nice easy fun read. And sometimes you need a fun read.
