Have you ever read (or listened to) a book that just had you nodding your head and saying, “Yes! Yes!” to everything that was being shared? I had a moment like that a couple weeks ago listening to the audiobook for Laura Vanderkam’s What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast (and then I got really excited because I realized there’s two more in the What the Most Successful People do ebook series!)
I’m a firm believer in getting stuff done. I think it’s one of the reasons I have such a huge obsession with “to-do” lists. I love productivity (yet, I promise you, I’m the world’s best procrastinator).
One point made in What the Most Successful People Do Before Breakfast that I loved the most was don’t try something new at the end of your day. Laura’s points out that you’re tired at the end of the day, thus can easily talk yourself out of whatever your “new something” is so very true for me! By flip flopping my “something new” and getting it done first thing in the morning is a complete game changer for me (I’m looking at you running and gym time).
If you’ve been struggling to figure out how to fit “everything” in in you day, I highly recommend you read this book (or listen. Laura reads it herself and she has the best honey smooth voice—bonus the ebook and the audio are both cheaper than a cup of coffee!)
