This book was too much fun. I loved following along with Melissa, Wolf, and Bondi as they tried to discover the answers to their clues. Chicago is the city on my bucket list that I just absolutely love (and my brother lived there for a couple years), and after reading this book I’m even more determined to make that trip happen!
I also loved that there was little “extras” scattered throughout this book. You got text messages, e-mails, maps, pictures, and so much more between the pages (and any book that includes little extras like this has a special place in my heart).
I know that summer is a little ways off, but I see this as a perfect summer escape for the young reader in your life (if they can wait that long — so much fun packed into this book!) They will have so much fun traveling along with our three characters as they crack the clues, make new friends, and discover the biggest deception at the end (and just for the note, I super loved the ended of the book <3 <3 <3).
On another note that has nothing to do with the actual review of the book. This book smelled really, really good. Yes, you can tell me I’m weird. I already know this.
