Running comes with the aches and pains (oh the aches and pains). I have some icy hot, but sometimes you just need something a little . . . stronger.
Enter ‘better than Icy Hot’ hot oil. It’s just a mixture of some of my favorite oils, but oh does it get the job done (and honestly? You don’t have to worry about the non-natural chemicals that you’re putting on your body with Icy Hot).
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 roller ball bottle (I use these)
20 drops Young Living Peppermint
20 drops Young Living Panaway
20 drops Young Living Elemi (or Frankincense—I was fresh out)
Apply religiously—on shin splints, sore feet, sore muscles—it works wonders!
